I , Jim "Kuba" Kubasta, have been in the building business since 1979. I have a degree in architectural Residential Design from North Central Technical College and at Classic Homes by Kuba, we pride ourselves in the fact that we will work with all of our clients on a individual basis, every step of the way, from design and conception through to a completed project. A throwback of sorts, we like to do things the old fashioned way here - by hand. When it comes to design, we still get out the paper and pencil and make sure everything meets the most exacting needs of any potential homebuyer. There are not many other builders who can claim they still do things this way.
