Company founder Jim Kubasta is an active member in the Winnebago Home Builders Association (WHBA), and was voted 1998, 2003, and 2010 Builder of the Year. He is also very active in the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA), and in 2010 he served as President. In 2015, He was the Wisconsin Builder’s Association Builder of the Year. In 2016 He was inducted as the 53rd inductee into Wisconsin Builder’s Association Hall of Fame.
